We used the same base ingredients and science behind our original formula meadow grass-based concentrated pellet, and blended with supplements, specifically chosen to support and maintain healthy joints and bladder.  Including Glucosamine for bladder wall and joint health, Hyaluronic Acid for joint mobility, MSM to maintain connective tissue,  L-Tryptophan for it’s soothing properties and Collagen matrix (all vegetable sourced). Developed in the UK with expert nutritionists and manufactured in a UK mill, our pellets are nutritionally balanced, include stabilised Vitamin C, added Pre-Biotics for digestive health and Hemp to support hindgut digestion. These have been a real hit with our piggies! They smell lovely and unlike the larger brands available from pet stores, they don’t seem to upset the tummy of my piggy who has digestive issues. Highly recommended!

Lease of life for an older piggie

Our 5 1/2 year old sow has a few health problems including bladder sludge. We thought we would try these pellets to see if it would help reduce the calcium spots, and it seems to work. Both of our piggies enjoy these- but prefer the previous grain-free brand nuggets.
Last night we were talking saying that the last few weeks she seems happier- moving more, interacting with her gentleboar and us more. We've seen more mini zooms the last 4 weeks than the rest of the year. We don't think we've changed anything else, and one of her conditions can't be cured. She's maintained her weight since starting the new pellets. They prefer the taste of the other nuggets we gave, but she seems to be moving more and happier now on piggie parcels. She'll have to have the other nuggets as a mini treat instead!
Our neutered boar also enjoys the nuggets- but at 2 1/2, I've not noticed a difference in his behaviour, other than he's happier now he has more opportunities to rumble at his lady!

Piggies love the pellets

My piggies are healthy 3 & 2 year old boars - Dad and son. I bought these pellets having read about them on Guinea Pig Forum and thought I would give them a go. The piggies really like them and I like that I am supporting their joints and water works. I have since purchased more for my piggies who are very happy to munch on them.
