Shipping policy

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally.

We aim to process orders within 5 working days of the order being placed and payment received (except during holidays, or where indicated when placing the order).

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service (Forage Tray Subscriptions are sent 2nd class post).

Shipping is FREE on orders with a value of £21.50 or higher. For orders under £21.50, there will be a flat rate of £4.95 charged for postage and packing Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour.

In a situation where you are not home to take delivery of your parcel AND you do not collect from your local sorting office within 18 days from attempted delivery OR notify Piggie Parcels® within 18 days from attempted delivery, your parcel may be destroyed by the sorting office. In these situations, Piggie Parcels® does NOT accept responsibility for the loss of the parcel and will not be able to offer a refund.
